Quinta Belina is now living in Merida, Yucatan and will begin making reparations to an old building at the start of the famous Paseo de Montejo on November 1st. We expect to resume operations very soon!!!! If you get a chance to come to this exotic locale, stop by and say !Hello! we're always glad to see old friends. Quinta Belina in Las Vegas has closed and we are all saddened by this, but we must forge ahead with exciting new plans!!!!
We are now searching for investors, venture capital and franchising information in order to take the "Quinta Belina" concept to new heights. If you or anyone you know is interested in helping us take our concept farther than ever before and embarck on this journey with us, please give us a call. In October 2005, Belina was named amount the "Top 100 Chefs" by the National Chef's Association and will be presented with an award at a banquet to be held at the MGM in November!
Quinta Belina has received 4 stars from local food critics and on December 26th, the Las Vegas Review-Journal Newspaper placed us in the Top Ten Best Restaurants in Las Vegas for 2004!!!
On March 27, 2005 Quinta Belina Restaurant was voted "Best Mexican Restaurant for 2005" by the Review Journal Newspaper as the Staff's Pick in the "Best of Las Vegas Poll"!!!
From Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco and now in Las Vegas, we have brought Mexico's cuisine to you. In a tranquil and softly lit environment with soothing music in the background we feature original and traditional recipes using time tested ingredients and prepare them the same way we used to do in our restaurants in Mexico. We take no short cuts when it comes to food, using only the freshest and best ingredients available. We're sure that you too will be able to taste the difference.
